Erica Joy Richardson, Esq.

Lawkademy was founded by Erica Joy, an attorney, educator, and academic strategist who believes that every law student deserves the tools and guidance needed to succeed.

With more than a decade of experience in education and legal practice, Erica specializes in helping students master complex legal concepts, improve exam performance, and build the confidence necessary to navigate law school and the bar exam.

Her work is especially focused on supporting students who are often overlooked by traditional academic support systems, including students with thinking and learning differences, English language learners, and those who simply learn differently.

Through personalized coaching, structured study systems, and practical strategies grounded in real legal training, Lawkademy helps students move from overwhelm to clarity and build the confidence needed to succeed in law school.
